An Iris For Christmas

Phew, finally finished, after cramming 8 long hours of coloring... ////sighs

Had to rush my Christmas drawing quickly, since work took the best of me. 

This is my entry for OU's winter-themed contest, but also a present for everyone! ああ、そういえば。。。This is the first contest I'm joining.

Owner of hand is unknown, so leave it to your imaginations! Hahah!

I guess this is a semi-present for everyone... Since I've been on the receiving end time and time again.

You guys have been such great supporters, I'm so glad to have people who look at my art all the time. Actually writing this out is making me feel embarrassed ///7/// I really hope that in the future and the years to come, that you guys won't ever stop supporting me by my side! I'll do my best to draw and draw and draw >w<

The themes were, as I recall, romantic, adorable, and winter. I hope I portrayed that well.

My goal in drawing this piece was to capture the moments of Iris with her beloved one. Usually, it would be of Iris and her mother, but since her mother had passed away, there has been another precious person who have taken her spot.
