Someone requested a tutorial on how I draw my eyes. It's not much, but I put something together quickly for everyone ^o^
About the copic tool, it doesn't come with SAI, but it's a custom brush! You can use the settings shown in the image to create the copic tool! Otherwise, you can substitute it with the brush or marker tool with a lowered density to around 35 to create a similar effect. It should work all the same.
